Chalet Felderhof - Zermatt

We stayed for 5 night and loved our stay. Staff was amiable and amicable despite our late arrival. Its location was marvellous and good, 15 minutes drive from Ripley's Aquarium of Myrtle Beach.

The fact that there was no elevator.

And thanks to its very central location it was near the Zermatt train station, and the transport hubs. I had easy check-in. This place offered fair prices.

We had a great stay at Chalet Felderhof! It was perfect for our family of three ladies, with clean and spacious rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely balcony. The location was ideal, right next to the train station and Gornergrat Bahn ticket office. We even got to see the Matterhorn from our bathroom window!

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Fabulous location and people in a marvellous and comfy location. Got private bathroom with a tub. It was located in a good area near the train station.

Staff was amiable, helped us with everything. The bed was extremely comfy, enjoyed views of the mountains. Location was brilliant, a minute walk from Walk of Climb. Furthermore, it was so close to Zermatt main train station as well as a curling tournament.

Offers very comfy bed and large bedroom. Apartment's staff is affable.

Spacious and fairly quiet rooms, everything was excellent.

The apartment was comfortable place for sightseeing in Zermatt, loved it. We could enjoy views of the mountains. The staff seemed to be helpful;))

Considering location, it has excellent and nice setting near to supermarket. The employees working here are very friendly.

Excellent 3 night stay. Great setting close to everything. Based next to Switzerland, and main railway station and Gornergrat station and Main Street. For dinner go to Restaurant Hotel National, situated a short walk from the apartment. Affable and helpful staff.

The value for our money at Chalet Felderhof was excellent, with a clean and well-equipped apartment. The location near the train station was perfect, providing easy access to transportation and stores. The staff was helpful and accommodating, even adjusting our reservation and offering a lower price.

Breakfast offerings could be improved by including more variety and options.

Great location! Right next to the train station and the Gornergrat station. Super convenient for hopping on and off trains. And the balcony was a nice touch!

Who needs toiletries or a mini fridge anyway? Hand soap and warm drinks are overrated.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just a short walk from the train station and the Gornergrat railway. It's also conveniently close to everything, including a supermarket and main railway. the rooms are well-appointed and modern, with some even offering a balcony with stunning views. the staff is helpful and the check-in process is easy. Plus, the apartment is spacious and perfect for a big family.

It would have been nice to have a microwave in the kitchen.
